Shipping policy

We are a small business. Everything that ships is carefully examined and hand packaged to reduce the chance of damage.  We can not control what happens between the package leaving our shop and arriving at it's destination.  If you have received a damaged item, please take pictures and give us a call so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.  We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and fairness with all our customers.
